About the role

We are seeking an experienced GenAI / Agentic AI / Copilot Specialist to design, build, and deploy enterprise-ready Generative AI solutions. The role focuses on developing agentic AI workflows, AI copilots, and LLM-powered applications that automate complex business processes and enhance decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with LLMs, multi-agent orchestration frameworks, RAG architectures, and cloud-native AI platforms, and will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs for enterprise use cases
• Build AI Copilots for business functions such as operations, analytics, customer support, and internal productivity tools
• Develop and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar
• Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and document stores
• Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, ERP/CRM, ticketing systems)
• Optimize prompts, agent reasoning flows, and tool-calling mechanisms for accuracy, performance, and cost
• Implement human-in-the-loop (HITL), validation, and feedback mechanisms for production systems
• Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy in GenAI applications
• Collaborate with cloud, DevOps, and MLOps teams for deployment, monitoring, and scalability
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLMs, agentic frameworks, and copilot architecture

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Engineering and  hands-on experience building Generative AI–powered copilots or intelligent
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents)
• Strong expertise in designing custom copilots for enterprise use cases
• Experience integrating copilots with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, and Excel
• Working knowledge of Azure OpenAI Service and prompt orchestration within Copilot solutions
• Experience implementing security, governance, and tenant-level controls for Copilot deployments
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows, attended/unattended RPA)
• Ability to design end-to-end business process automation using Power Automate + Copilot
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows using Copilot actions within Power Automate
• Integration experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power BI
• Knowledge of connectors, custom connectors, and API-based integrations
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI GPT models, Azure OpenAI, Mistral, open-source LLMs)
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and vector databases
• Prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and multi-step reasoning workflows
• Human-in-the-loop (HITL) and agent validation patterns
