Role Description:

To monitor the quality of call/WO/Email services. To develop quality check templates, perform audits, oversee employee performance, provide feedback, and built IDP based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Quality Check

  • Monitor calls/Work Orders/E-mail etc. (Remote and live) and give constructive feedback to Engineer/ teams assigned.
  • Meet QA targets assigned on a consistent basis
  • Conduct and participate in monthly feedback sessions and ability to prepare the Individual development plan
  • Conduct and participate in standardization/correction within the process with the process owners and within the team
  • Support the Operations team to improve performance on Process knowledge, customer service, communication skills, team motivation, and teamwork

Team Co-ordination, Client Connect, and Reporting

  • Meeting with the stakeholders every month to discuss the performance of the teams and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain and publish weekly/monthly reports on calls/Work orders /Emails etc. monitored, training, etc. in a timely manner.
  • Assessing relevant training needs for individual engineers.
  • Deliver inputs for training sessions on process knowledge skills on a recursive basis to the engineers on the floor.
  • Document training needs based on the feedback/QC findings and report them to the Command center academy within the TAT.
  • To facilitate induction batches for new employees.
  • Conduct Compliance, Communication, and Process Awareness sessions

Others:

  • Own the initiatives within the team and with the project assigned
  • Adhere to company norms and regulations with no deviations.

Basic Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must have min 2 years of experience in Energy monitoring systems – Remote and Proact resolution
  • Preferably handled 2 to 3 multisite projects / large site projects for Energy Management System
  • Customer management and Customer Engagement skills preferred
  • Should have worked in Energy management domain delivery projects
  • Should be able to directly interact with customer
  • Working with different teams and at different levels
  • Experience in QC/A
  • Knowledge of Operations Management
  • Knowledge of Energy Management, HVAC, & Electrical Systems.
  • Strong Coaching, Feedback & Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Building Automation systems (BMS)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Skill of flexibility and adaptability as per Change management.
  • Planning and managing QC/A activities in multiple projects & meet realistic deadlines consistently.
  • Bachelor of Engineering; desirable in Mechanical / Electrical / Control Engineering with good communication and presentation skills.
