About the role:

As a Lead Projects you would be working on project Management activities in BMS, HVAC Domain.

Role Responsibilities:

• Constructing a comprehensive project plan, documenting the project's scope using project management tools to ensure cost, timelines and quality of one time and ongoing recurring services for Multi-Site Multi Year Energy Management engagements.
• Maintain issue trackers and solve problems and prepare in advance including scope creep or the extension or modification of a project's deliverables over time through internal and external governance reviews.
• Provide invoicing inputs to finance for revenue and keep track of collections. Conversant with budget creation, SAP transactions for material shipment, SO creation etc.
• Communicate regular progress update to executive leadership team and clients and track overall project initiative using Microsoft project or equivalent.

Role Purpose:

• Project Managers are highly visible to the client organization as account managers at all levels & internal executive leadership team and carry a lot of technical and managerial acumen.
• The role offers exposure to work with International clients across different geographies in diverse segments with IOT and AI enabled innovative solutions.
• Offers career development opportunities in account management or engineering domain as per the competencies and preferences of the individual.

Minimum Requirements:

• Technical Degree / Diploma with 6-8 years experience and understanding of IOT based Solutions for Energy Management and Asset Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical equipment in building segments.
• Advanced MS- Excel skills is mandatory for the position.
• PMP® / PRINCE2® Certification will be desirable.
