We are currently searching for a  Network Development Manager to join our team!   You will be responsible for leading dealer relationships and developing the network, developing and introducing programs, initiatives and overall business performance with a goal to increase sales and financial results will be imperative for this role as well as ensuring customer satisfaction is being met to grow and maintain the stability of the dealer network.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide leadership to the independent dealer network

• You should have knowledge in contractual language, being able to establish polices and up- hold agreements

• Be the liaison for dealers and the company to promote superior working partnerships

• Be an on-site representation to communicate programs, problem solve and see opportunities

• You will develop and introduce initiatives to drive customer and dealer satisfaction

• Coordinate advisory boards, committees and other formal, productive two-way communication between dealers and company

• Build programs that are aimed at promoting the open exchange of information within the dealer network and company

• Be responsible for the planning and execution of the annual dealer meeting, business planning process and the NextLevel2 dealer scorecard

. • Qualify dealer candidates and assisting them in the application and appointment process

• Conduct annual dealer assessments, performance metrics, strengthen dealer goals, and provide guidance in succession planning

• Perform market analysis to determine opportunities for optimal representation.

 • Develop new solutions on network standards and certifications that drive industry-leading and transformative customer experiences

. • Manage the company’s CRM and business community portal

• Lead and support departmental teams in the company’s efforts to implement digital solutions.

• Partner with training department to identify classes for improvement of dealer proficiency

• Travel up to 60%  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –

  • Bachelor’s Degree

 • 5+ years of experience in network development management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS –

  • Master’s Degree

• Have a deep understanding of the workings of independent dealer networks

• Have a professional presence and ability to communicate across all levels of the organization

• Ability to exercise independent discernment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results

• Excel in a dynamic environment

• Dedicated, creative and driven to be the best at building and maintaining strong relationships

• Proven leadership skills and organizational management experience

• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other web-based corporate applications

• Extensive knowledge of North American commercial markets

• Familiarity with Latin American business practices and culture

Pay Range:

$109,456 - $191,938 Annually
