Design
-Develop detailed engineering designs and specifications for BMS, including HVAC controls, lighting controls, security systems, and other integrated systems.
-Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements and design systems that meet technical and operational needs.
-Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to create layout drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams for BMS installations.
 Commissioning:
- Leading the commissioning process for various systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and performance requirements.
- Developing commissioning plans, conducting tests, and troubleshooting systems to optimize performance.
-Providing training and technical support to clients and end-users on system operation and maintenance.
 Project Engineering:
-Managing project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.
-Coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to clarify project
requirements and expectations.
-Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective solutions to achieve project goals.

Requirements:
-Diploma / Bachelors degree in Instrumentation engineering, Electrical engineering, Electronics engineering, Mechanical engineering or related field.
-Proficiency in programming and configuring BAS components such as controllers, sensors, actuators, and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, etc.).
-Proficiency in chiller plant operations, controls, and HVAC system design principles.
-Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
-Strong technical knowledge and experience in designing and commissioning BAS and CPM related systems.
-Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
-Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
-Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
