RLC Service Engineer (North)

1. Consulting Support

Confirm the functions and technical features of the product according to project requirements.

Participate in meetings with customers to present and advise on solutions when requested by customers or investors.

2. Support Delivery & Acceptance

Support the acceptance of the quantity and quality of products upon delivery (if required).

3. Training

Provide technical documents and corresponding instruction manuals for each project/construction.

Instructions for installation for customers.

Instructions for installation to contractors according to the technical requirements and standards of the product.

4. Warranty and T&C

Perform T&C (Testing & Commissioning) if applicable.

Provide system operation instructions to the customer (onsite or offsite, depending on the agreement).

Conduct warranty checks

5. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
