As an Account Executive, you will provide overall leadership for construction, service, and engineering operations, ensuring alignment across all functional areas to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes for the customer. This role serves as the primary strategic partner to the customer, building trusted relationships, aligning operational execution with business objectives, and driving long-term account growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Oversight

  • Lead construction execution to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Oversee project managers and field teams to maintain quality, schedule adherence, and financial performance.
  • Partner with internal and customer stakeholders to proactively address risks, remove barriers, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Drive consistency in project execution, resource planning, and operational accountability across the construction portfolio.

Service Oversight

  • Direct service operations to ensure strong customer support, contract performance, and responsiveness to ongoing needs.
  • Oversee service agreement execution, labor planning, and service delivery to achieve customer expectations and business targets.
  • Act as an escalation point for critical issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement in service performance.
  • Strengthen customer relationships through regular engagement, operational reviews, and strategic account support.

Engineering Oversight

  • Provide leadership and direction to engineering teams to ensure technical excellence and alignment with project and service objectives.
  • Oversee engineering deliverables, design quality, standards compliance, and coordination with construction and service teams.
  • Ensure engineering solutions support customer goals, operational efficiency, and long-term system performance.
  • Foster collaboration across disciplines to improve execution, innovation, and consistency in technical delivery.

Strategic Customer Partnership

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to the customer, aligning solutions and execution with their business priorities.
  • Build executive-level relationships that strengthen trust, collaboration, and long-term partnership value.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services, improve customer outcomes, and support account growth.
  • Lead with a customer-first mindset, balancing operational execution with strategic planning and business development.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of experience in the HVAC controls and building automation industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in Operations Management OR 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Clean and valid driver’s license.
  • Capable of climbing ladders or using lift equipment in excess of 8 feet, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university (ideally in building HVAC with a focus on building automation controls).
  • Field experience with the installation/operation of Automated Logic Controls (WebCTRL®) and navigating third-party integrations.
  • Proven experience managing simultaneous, complex operational challenges requiring knowledge of different disciplines.
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency with cloud-based delivery tools (ServiceMax, Salesforce, Cora).
  • A true team player who always puts the customer’s best interests first.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
