What are the challenges and how will you make an impact?
As the Implementation Manager at BrokerBay, your foremost challenge lies in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our clients amidst dynamic project requirements and client expectations. Leading a dedicated team, you're tasked with executing client projects while adhering to stringent timelines and quality standards specific to our platform. Your pivotal role encompasses multifaceted responsibilities such as project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, resource allocation, performance monitoring, and reporting. By proactively addressing challenges and effectively managing risks throughout the project lifecycle, you not only ensure successful project outcomes but also contribute significantly to upholding BrokerBay's brand image as a trusted and reliable partner in the eyes of our clients. 

What will you be doing?

In the role of Implementation Manager, your responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their unique needs and objectives, translating these insights into actionable implementation plans, and overseeing their execution. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, you will foster open communication and trust. Additionally, you will continuously identify opportunities for innovation to enhance our services and better serve client needs. Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members is crucial for fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Monitoring project progress and performance, as well as proactively addressing any issues or challenges, will be part of your responsibilities. Finally, you will develop and present regular reports to stakeholders, providing insights into project performance and achievements. 

  • Implementation planning and execution. 
  • Project Management. 
  • Escalation management. 
  • Team Leadership and Management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • College Degree / Associate Degree. 
  • 5+ year experience in the Information Technology field with a combination of the following: Business Analysis, Project Management best practices, Projects implementation. 
  • 3+ year experience in creating process flows, data flow and entity relationship diagrams using MS Visio or Lucid Chart, or other data visualization tools. 
  • Occasional traveling is required up to 10% nationally and internationally. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in project management and adept at solving complex problems efficiently. 
  • Experienced in utilizing cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP, as well as implementing serverless architecture.
  • Proficient in MongoDB for database management. 
  • Possesses knowledge and understanding of REST APIs, Jira, Zendesk, and other relevant solutions for effective project execution. 
  • Demonstrates a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. 
  • Skilled in building strong relationships and communicating complex concepts clearly, fostering collaboration and understanding among team members and stakeholders.

  • Sponsorship is not supported. 
  • Hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
