About the role

This is a full-time on-site role located in Monterrey, NLE for a Trainee position. As a Trainee, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to your designated area of training. This may include shadowing experienced professionals, participating in training programs, assisting with team projects, and supporting administrative and operational activities. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience while supporting coordination and communication with suppliers to ensure proper material availability and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Trainee, you’ll be responsible for:

• Responsible for word processing, mail distribution, communications, central file management, and supplies to ensure proper operations of work area.

• Conducts research and compiles and prepares reports, manuals, correspondence, or other information required to provide adequate documentation to management or governmental agencies.

• Uses knowledge of organizational policies and procedures to advise others and ensure compliance.

• Manages data entry and records management tasks to ensure accuracy of records and data.

• Identifies if and where processes are not working and develops recommendations for change.

As a minimum you must have:

• Currently studying bachelor degree with at least 1 year left to graduate

• Intermediate english level is a must

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Previous experience or internships in a related field

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
