About the role
As a Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Temporary ), you will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. You will contribute to building strong talent pipelines, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and supporting business growth across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Temporary – 1 Year), you’ll be responsible for:
Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, from intake meetings to offer stage
Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
Sourcing and attracting candidates through different channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
Screening and interviewing candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements and company culture
Coordinating interviews and providing a seamless candidate experience
Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Sharing market insights, talent mapping, and benchmarking information with stakeholders
Driving timely follow-up with hiring teams and candidates to ensure process efficiency
Supporting employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and recruitment policies
Requirements
We are looking for people who are proactive, highly organized, results-driven, and strong communicators, with a passion for talent acquisition. If this is you, get in touch.
As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Advanced English level
Experience using recruitment tools (LinkedIn, ATS platforms, etc.)
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Experience in recruiting for manufacturing or technical roles
Knowledge of talent market mapping and sourcing strategies
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
