About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Productivity Governance & Analytics Lead to drive end-to-end supply chain material productivity across Climate Solutions Americas. In this role, you will establish governance frameworks, leverage advanced analytics, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable cost savings and efficiency improvements year over year. Your impact will be critical in enabling data-driven decision-making and ensuring alignment between productivity initiatives and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Productivity Governance & Analytics Lead, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing a robust productivity governance framework across the direct materials supply chain

  • Defining KPIs, performance metrics, and tracking mechanisms to monitor and improve productivity initiatives

  • Leading governance cadences (weekly/monthly reviews) with senior leadership to ensure alignment and accountability

  • Leveraging data analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies

  • Driving cross-functional collaboration with category teams, finance, and centers of excellence to execute productivity initiatives

Requirements

We are looking for people who are strategic, analytical, and highly collaborative, with strong influence and communication skills. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or related field

  • 7–9 years of experience in supply chain management with strong exposure to analytics and performance governance

  • Proven track record driving productivity improvements or cost optimization programs

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)

  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional decision-making

  • Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field

  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or 5 Why analysis

  • Experience implementing analytics tools, automation solutions, or enhancing data infrastructure
