About the role
As a Material Logistics Leader (Internal Logistic Lead – Plant F), you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and inventory management within the plant. This position directly impacts production continuity, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence by leading internal logistics activities across shop floor operations, raw material warehouses, and production line supply.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Material Logistics Leader, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading internal material logistics operations for Plant F.

• Managing material flow and inventory across shop floor, raw material warehouses, and production lines.

• Ensuring timely and accurate supply of materials to support production plans.

• Overseeing inventory control, accuracy, and optimization.

• Utilizing SAP (Materials Management module) to manage materials, inventory transactions, and reporting.

• Collaborating closely with Production, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in material logistics, inventory management, and internal logistics operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of material flow, shop floor logistics, and inventory control.

• Experience working with SAP – Materials Management (MM) module.

• Advanced level of English (fluent communication).

• Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments.

• Knowledge of lean logistics or continuous improvement practices.

• Prior experience leading or coordinating internal logistics teams.
