Associate Engineering, Test&Validation

About the role

Entry-level professional in Test and Validation who analyzes equipment and processes, and prepares equipment for testing for small platforms/systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engineering tests in accordance with established procedures.
• Prepare equipment, instruments, prototypes, and samples for testing.
• Record and document test results in official reports.
• Assist in identifying defects during the execution of tests.
• Comply with EH&S, 5S, and laboratory safety guidelines, and participate in laboratory continuous improvement projects.
• Provide support to engineers/supervisors and utilize digital tools and artificial intelligence for laboratory activities.

Requirements

•  Basic laboratory testing
•  Basic instrumentation and welding 
• Basic electricity and electronics
•  Internal procedures and safety 
• English
• Microsoft Office & Copilot
• 0 to 3 years in laboratory work, engineering testing, and/or engineering projects
