Director, Customer & Channel Solutions M/F

We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused leader to drive technical solutions and customer excellence across our regional network.

In this role, you will act as the key interface between customers, dealers, service organizations, manufacturing plants, and internal teams (Quality, Engineering, Product Management) to ensure strong alignment between market expectations and operational execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving customer-focused technical solutions

• Managing complex cross-functional topics

• Improving service execution and technical support

• Strengthening dealer & distribution channel alignment

• Supporting continuous improvement and product feedback loops

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong technical and service background

• Experience with dealer/distributor networks

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• Ability to influence and drive change across functions
