About the Role
Carrier is looking for a Sales Engineering Associate to support our Service and Aftermarket business, including service agreements and service repair solutions. In this role, you will contribute to sales growth by supporting customer relationship management, developing business opportunities, preparing proposals, and providing technical support to customers.
You will work closely with sales teams and customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable solutions, and help drive revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales activities related to service agreements, service repairs, and aftermarket solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers while ensuring timely follow-up on customer inquiries.
- Support negotiations to achieve optimal profitability and business outcomes.
- Drive order bookings in alignment with sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage existing customer relationships and identify opportunities to develop new business.
- Understand customer requirements, business challenges, and market opportunities to support service revenue growth.
- Provide professional proposals, offerings, and technical support for connected and digitalized service solutions.
- Support payment collection activities and ensure timely resolution of outstanding customer accounts.
- Identify and acquire sales opportunities while contributing to financial targets.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and provide updates to management.
- Execute customer visit plans and maintain regular engagement with customers.
- Promote Carrier solutions, increase product awareness, and educate customers on available service offerings.
- Support sales channel development and expansion for service agreements and repair businesses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or an MBA.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in service sales, service contracts, aftermarket sales, or a related field.
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Good organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and translate customer needs into suitable offerings.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience supporting HVAC, building systems, engineering solutions, or related service industries.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management and sales processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
