Riello is looking for a Test Station Operator to join our Mississauga production team. In this role, you’ll be the person who brings our equipment to life—moving from reading blueprints to physically installing the motors, valves, and components that make our systems run. Riello focuses on residential, industrial and commercial gas trains and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

• Read the Bills of Material (BOM) to pick, pack and assemble parts as per the work instruction
• Assemble, pack and label spare parts
• Installing burner components such as motors, ignition transformers, flame scanners, and fuel valves
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and piping diagrams

This is a current vacancy for which Carrier is currently hiring. 

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED 
• 1+ years of experience in electrical systems using hand tools, power tools, and electrical diagnostic equipment (multimeters)
• Membership of the union is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

• Troubleshoot abilities
• Familiarity with combustion principles, and experience with hydraulic systems
• Read schematics and Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy
• Understand electrical circuits, components, and tools
• Knowledge with cutting/stripping tools
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and safety conscious

Additional information

• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in Canada. No visa sponsoring available.

Pay Range

The expected hourly salary range for this role is between $15.00 and $30.00. The rate of pay may be impacted by factors such as the applicant’s geographic location, market data/range, skills, prior relevant experience, job-related knowledge, specific degrees and certifications, and/or other relevant considerations.​

This compensation includes components such as base salary, vacation pay, public holiday pay, potential estimated overtime pay and paid statutory leaves of absence. Additional benefits may include insured benefits such as health care, vision, dental, disability, etc., as well as possible RRSP matching.​

Other Compensation

This role may also provide the opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation in the form of annual bonus, sales bonus, sales commission or local incentive.  If the role provides for an opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation, it will be based on measurable performance factors which may include company performance, individual performance or other key performance indicators.
