About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Service & Aftermarket Manager to lead and grow our Service and Aftermarket business across the UAE and Middle East region. This role will be responsible for driving profitability, expanding market presence, strengthening customer and partner relationships, and leading the transformation of the aftermarket business through operational excellence and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & P&L Management
Own and drive the full Profit & Loss (P&L) for the Service and Aftermarket business.
Deliver revenue, margin, growth, and profitability targets.
Develop and execute business strategies aligned with regional objectives.
Market Development & Partner Management
Build and manage strong relationships with Residential & Light Commercial dealers, distributors, contractors, subcontractors, and commercial equipment partners.
Identify growth opportunities and expand Carrier's service and aftermarket footprint across the region.
Support equipment sales through lifecycle service offerings and aftermarket solutions.
Customer Engagement & Service Excellence
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Ensure exceptional customer experience through responsive, high-quality service delivery.
Address customer concerns proactively and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Leadership & Organizational Development
Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing service and aftermarket team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Build organizational capabilities to support maintenance, repair, modernization, and long-term business sustainability.
Digital Transformation & Innovation
Drive digital transformation initiatives across service operations and aftermarket offerings.
Introduce innovative service solutions to enhance customer value and operational efficiency.
Leverage technology and analytics to improve business performance.
Operational Excellence
Develop and standardize processes, systems, and tools to optimize resources and improve productivity.
Collaborate with fulfillment and operations teams to ensure timely project execution, revenue realization, and margin achievement.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions when required.
Strategic Advisory & Market Intelligence
Act as a subject matter expert on market dynamics, customer trends, and business opportunities.
Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on organizational structure, growth opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with Carrier's Code of Ethics, Quality standards, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements, and company policies.
Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and operational excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
MBA is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC Service and Aftermarket business management.
Proven experience managing P&L and driving business growth.
Strong background in channel management, customer engagement, and service operations.
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
Strong understanding of HVAC products, services, and lifecycle management.
