About the role

This role will be responsible for Sales Support & Commercial Activities

Role Responsibilities:

• AR circulation to all division to daily basis

• AR review with sales team on weekly basic and collection plan for OD cases. (without NA).

• Follow up with channel and customer for OS > 30 days in coordination with stake holders. • Bad debt Tracker to maintain & discussion with sales team to get collection plan by weekly basis.

• Bad debt collection follow up directly with concern customer ( by sending SOA ) on monthly basis • Circulation of channel debits cases of service division by monthly basis to all Dealers. • Create awareness and drive change by removing Dealer receivable and payable adjustments. This will help in reducing Dealer reco efforts.

• To check all Open EFT of previous days/months & circulate to all stake holders for BR& adjustment with OS.

• BR processing and upload in BR portal and ensure all BR done in SAP correctly.

• Open EFT review & Circulation to all division.

• PDC banking / warehousing on daily basis

• Open advance review with division on weekly basis

• Tracking of channel partner Security cheque (against billing) by monthly basis

• TDS/TCS/GST TDS parking on daily basis • Customer refund process.

• Earlier processed sales & service order/ warranty order now it is presently routed through order sales & service

Minimum Requirements:

• B. Com / MBA

• 7 Years of experience

• SAP knowledge

• Excel Knowledge
