About the role

To drive and maximize service sales revenue from national accounts across the assigned region by managing key customer relationships, ensuring timely contract acquisition and renewals (AMC/CAMC), and identifying growth opportunities in service, spares, and retrofit solutions. The role focuses on delivering sustainable revenue, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, service operations, and channel partners for effective execution and long-term business growth.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Service Revenue Growth for Drive service revenue (AMC/CAMC, repairs) across national accounts in the South region.

  • Key Account Management, Manage and develop relationships with key national customers, single point of contact for service-related commercial discussions.

  • Contract Management- Negotiate and finalize AMC/CAMC contracts aligned with company guidelines.timely renewal of service contracts to avoid revenue leakage.Monitor contract profitability and compliance.

  • Pipeline & Opportunity Management - Build and maintain a strong service sales pipeline.Track opportunities, conversions, and forecasting.

  • Customer Escalation Handling - Actively manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.Maintain SLA adherence and improve service delivery standards.

  • Invoice Submission Management & Collection

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1. Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) preferred

    • MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing (added advantage)

  • 2. Experience

    • 5–10 years of experience in HVAC service sales / after-sales business

    • Proven track record in AMC/CAMC sales, service revenue generation, and key account management

    • Experience in handling national or large corporate accounts preferred
