Role & Responsibilities:

• Chiller Onboarding with various Edge devices on to Chiller Data Analytics platform like Carrier Smart and Abound.

• Assist technician as per SOP to troubleshoot the Chillers to restore connectivity when the chillers are not communicating with the platforms.

• Technical Interfacing with Customer and Internal Stakeholders

• Alarm monitoring capability is required on a timely basis.

• Prepare advisory reports for improvement and enhancement opportunities.

• Tracking of actionable up to closure

• Provide startup, commission, and re-commission of customer HVAC and Chillers.

• Monitoring and logging of work orders, incoming calls, commissioning documentation, and other required updates.

• Understanding the operation of Chillers with various Edge devices and Chiller Onboarding platforms.

• Coordination with Field operations team

• Should have exposure to Field HVAC assets and operational knowledge.
