Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a consulting agency or IT organization within a large industrial company.
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, Service Max, Adobe, Shopify, or similar platform solutions.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and working within annual budgets of $20M+
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree and/or similar secondary degree.
- Experience working with multicultural, multilingual, and multiple time zone, global environments
- The ability to simplify the complex, quickly define core problem and frame the solution approach
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing software segments
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Miro, or similar presentation tool
- Hands-on experience supporting engineering teams building on enterprise digital commerce tools such as Salesforce, Service Max, SAP, Shopify, and Adobe.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex, global budgets.
- Experience working on global, multi-year initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work within globally distributed virtual teams, contribute to projects and deliver results in a diverse, global stakeholder environment
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Business owner mentality, willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary.
- Team player with a positive, collaborative work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage and coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and client satisfaction.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the delivery team, managing a $30M/year budget.
- Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- SOW Processing: Oversee the creation and processing of Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure clarity and alignment with project goals.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor contracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
- MSA Negotiation: Negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) to secure beneficial terms for the company.
- Global License Management: Oversee global license management to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
