To ensure HVAC retrofit projects is completed on time with proven track record

To assist Project Manager in handling of fitting out and retrofit works of MVAC system, such as site coordination with sub-contractor / client, etc

To supervise and monitor on site for HVAC retrofit projects

To prepare submission works such as job tender, quotation etc for HVAC retrofit projects

To manage on the performance of technical staffs and outside contractors

To manage the selection, ordering, and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the projects assigned.

To perform associated cost estimates, prepares proposals for customer acceptance.
