About the role

Understanding of software development life cycle from customer needs to product release is essential. Hands-on experience with development tools & dev-ops is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on latest Digital technologies including GenAI and its application to prod uct development in industrial domain
• Development of software applications using one of the key software technologies .Net, Java, Python, C++, ReactJS and Cloud is required.
• Drive process standardization to improve the efficiency of the product development team
• Engage in Reuse of software modules/components and in Platform development.
• Drive common development practices like Microservices, test practices & tools etc.
• Playing an active role in development and deployment of global standard work…Drive agile software governance
• Provide a regular report out to higher levels for leadership on the progress to bring alignment.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills & ability to influence across organization levels

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in one or more of the key software technologies .Net, Java, Python, C++, ReactJS is required.
• Familiar with software development tools like IDE, Git repository, Cloud source AWS/Azure etc.
• Exposure to development of full stack applications following SDLC
• Ability to automate applications using Python or any other scripting language.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to document technical information clearly.
