About the role

• Ensure accurate and timely handling of CRM leads.
• Deliver high-quality analysis and reports that support business objectives.
• Foster effective collaboration across departments.
• Implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tools and techniques relevant to the  role.

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform data crunching and analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Identify trends and patterns to support business decisions.
• Work closely with all departments to gather requirements and provide analytical support
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
• Handle CRM leads efficiently and ensure data integrity.
• Track and report on lead status and progress.
• Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation of processes and systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Continuously seek opportunities for learning and self-improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

• min 3 years experience with Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
