About the role

The role is part of Riello & Vokèra (Carrier's company) which is a leading heating manufacturer with a product portfolio that includes domestic gas boilers & light commercial gas boilers.

The main aim of the role is to provide support to Sales team and Spare parts.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • To complete set workloads and tasks within their timescales.
  • To ensure that clerical support is given to  Sales team through the generating of reports & verbally advising them.
  • To receive incoming telephone calls from customers regarding general sales enquiries.
  • To receive customer orders via e-mail then the follow through of these orders from receipt to despatch.
  • To ensure effective liaison re deliveries and customer queries. Advising customers of short deliveries of their orders and expected delivery dates of their orders.
  • To receive return notes from our customers and generating the relevant credit note.
  • To proactively promote Vokera products through our customer base and any telephone calls taken.
  • As required, carry out general office duties, administration and WP tasks.
  • At all times, be aware and adhere to the requirements of the company’s Health and safety at work policy.

To be successful in the role you should have:

  • Administration experience in a sales and customer liaison environment.
  • Well-organised and methodical approach to tasks (good time management).
  • Computer literate: knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft office.
  • Good numerical analytical skills – good understanding and interpretation of statistics.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and telephone.
  • Strong customer responsive attitude and positive outlook on all issues.
