Role Overview

As the Commercial Excellence Specialist for the Middle-East region, you will drive operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and maximize revenue opportunities. Reporting to the Director of Operations, EMEA, APAC & ANZ, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with strategic objectives and deliver exceptional value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies tailored to the Middle-East market in collaboration with senior leadership.
• onduct market analysis, competitor assessments, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize pricing, product positioning, and sales effectiveness.

Sales Support and Enablement:

• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop sales tools, training materials, and presentations to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and quotations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales/Inside Sales to streamline processes and improve sales forecasting accuracy.

Customer Experience Enhancement:

• Act as a focal point for customer feedback and inquiries, working closely with Customer Service to address issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, streamline processes and enhance service delivery standards
• Implement customer-centric initiatives aimed at increasing customer loyalty and retention

Operational Efficiency Improvement:

• Partner with Planning and Supply Chain teams to optimize inventory management and reduce lead times.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
• Implement KPIs and performance metrics to monitor operational performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Serve as a liaison between departments, fostering collaboration to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to address challenges and achieve business goals.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive consensus and facilitate decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology or security industry
• Strong understanding of commercial operations, sales processes and customer service principles
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with business objectives
• Detail-oriented with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ERP/CRM systems and other relevant software applications
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required, additional languages are a plus
