Carrier Commercial Service has an opening for an experienced Commercial Service Agreement Sales Specialist.                                                                                                  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                                                        

  • Grow assigned territory or group of accounts through the sales of all of Carrier's offerings lines of business, including; Service Agreements, Repair, Controls, and Modernization.         
  • Develop long term relationships and build partnerships with the customer via consultative sales methods                                         
  • Achieve annual sales, and gross margin targets while providing customers with superior value and service                                                                                                 
  • Conduct customer needs assessments, and sales proposal estimates and specifications to promote products and services                                                                                        
  • Utilize sales tools effectively (CRM, estimating software, etc.) to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunity within accounts                                                                             
  • Collaborate with internal staff to deliver quality results                                                                                        

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:                                                                                     

  • Sales experience in HVAC commercial service for 2 years is preferred          
  • Proven past performance of sales target achievement                  
  • Extensive building systems knowledge                                                                                         
  • Must be self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives                                                             
  • Strong interpersonal skills                                                                                                 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence customer’s key decision-makers                                                         
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory                                           
  • Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills                                                            
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and SAP preferred
