About the role

Job Description Summary

The Client Services Associate is responsible for providing exclusive customer care to Carrier Sensitech client base. The service-oriented Associate will use their analytical thinking skills to provide a high level of service to our customers across all industry verticals. Verticals include mostly Life Science with, if needed, food & Consumer and Industrial. Customers are assigned by territory. Success in this position will require strong relationship building with external customers and internal cross-functional teams.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work directly with customers
  • Ability to manage time effectively to meet customer requirements
  • Problem-solving skills and strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Customer & Product Support
  • Troubleshoot logistic, product and procedural issues
  • Customer Relationship Management & ERP database maintenance
  • Coordinate with Sales and customer to enter appropriate account information
  • Complete projects with little supervision and/or direction
  • Act as a customer advocate to ensure timely delivery and engage in customer complaint process
  • Complaint handling
  • Purchase Order/Contract review; coordination with Sales, Professional Services and Supply Chain departments
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain/Inventory, Programming, Shipping, and Finance departments to ensure on time deliveries and consistent customer communication
