We are currently looking for a Project Manager/Program Manager that would like to join our site in Ropczyce, Poland.

Mission :

The Project Manager/Program Manager is responsible for leading, planning and executing projects end-to-end as per the company existing projects’ launch process.

It is a central position which requires permanent interaction and collaboration with cross-functional partners (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management).

Key responsibilities :

  • Coordinate, budget and schedule project activities using appropriate project management techniques to achieve costs, revenue, investment, timescale and quality targets, work with the Project Sponsor to ensure project objectives are defined appropriately.
  • Ensure that all projects are performed and documented according to Carrier Passport process, report progress in front of management.
  • Coordinate cross-disciplinary team to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Lead the proactive identification and mitigation of project risks.
  • Track all issues and action items to closure.
  • Ensure project teams follow Quality System and Business Management System processes.
  • Create and maintain an environment that encourages individual contributions, providing effective work direction for team members.
  • Actively lead and participate in periodic project meetings, design reviews, engineering reviews, manufacturing reviews and prepare and communicate project overviews and status report to management and internal stakeholders.

Technical Skills :

  • Experience in Project Lead and Project Execution, especially scope, schedule and quality project management.
  • Demonstrated use of mathematical and statistical tools to track metrics of project vitality and project status.
  • Technical / Engineering background (B2B, technical products).
  • Excellent knowledge and experience on project reporting through various level of management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated ability in problem solving root cause analysis in process breakdown and solution finding.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.

Personal skills :

  • Highly results oriented and data driven, establishing clear tasks for team members and helping them meet the goals.
  • Ability to work independently, efficient time management and organization skills.
  • Proactive and high level of energy to pull the team.
  • Leadership skills and able to influence without authority. 
  • Customer centric approach.
  • Excellent presentation skills.

Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Min 3 years of experience in project management
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering
  • Excellent Polish and fluent English
