About the role

We are currently looking for a Sales Engineer, who will be responsible for supervising a team of entry to intermediate level Field Service professionals or supervisors of Field Service Technicians. Their activities will also include managing day-to-day priorities in solving client issues received by the team. Furthermore, the role involves optimizing manpower and resources, responding to complaints of customers, and escalating key issues to senior management.

Role Responsibilities:

• Leading HVAC replacement project
• Monthly planning for the execution of the projects
• Leading the energy business and maintaining the relation with internal and external customers
• Managing expense budget

Minimum Requirements:

• College or University degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• 3 to 5 years working experience in handling HVAC replacement projects
• Good technical knowledge and skills
• Based in Riyadh
