Job Description

Project Coordinator

We are seeking a high-energy, self-starter with strong organizational skills to join our team as Project Coordinator. 

Primary Responsibilities:

·Responsible for Construction Billing and collections

·Balance monthly billing statements for subcontractors.

·Coordinate planning meetings with Operations Managers and Project Managers

·Ensures all invoice related matters and correspondence, including customer tax audits/reviews, are completed upon request

·Processes and handles Lien Releases

·Processes certified payrolls

·Working with management on the project WIP to identify and take action on any anomalies

·Maintains subcontractor forecast sheets & EAC Adjustments

·Preparing contracts for closure within the financial system. This involves evaluating and researching each contract to determine if it can be closed or not.

·Oversee office/kitchen supply ordering and inventory

·Coordinates logistics for off-site meetings, as well as some local meetings

·Distribute office mail and assist with receiving & shipping packages

·Must be well organized with good time management skills. This position requires excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.

·Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to organize and plan a work schedule

·Must possess the ability to work without close supervision.

·Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

·Associates Degree, plus 5-10 years of experience

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite to include Outlook, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications:

·BS/BA Degree, plus 5-10 years of equivalent experience

·Experience with Microsoft Dynamics

·Detail-oriented with exemplary organization skills

·Ability to handle confidential information

·Ability to multi-task on a variety of tasks and assignments

·Ability to adapt to changing deadlines and priorities

·Experience with SharePoint or equivalent document management systems
