Service Operation Officer

Evaluate business performance of the aftermarket operations for strategic decision making.  Involve in digital transformation projects

• Work closely with business managers for monthly forecasting
• Regular data mining and analysis to keep track of actual results vs. business plan
• Support customized reporting of key performance indicators to headquarters and provide respective analysis
• Provide data analysis and recommendations to business managers for strategic planning
• Tracking and monitoring of project portfolio and alert business managers for proper business actions
• Liaise with internal departments to drive cost effectiveness strategies
• Follow up the usage of digital platform

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above (business related disciplines preferred)
• 3 year relevant experience (HVAC industry preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in SAP / Salesforce is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and commit to tight deadlines
• Willing to learn, self-motivated and pro-active.  A team player who can perform independently and partner with business in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Mandarin and English is pre-requisite for this position.
