About the role 

Entry level Warranty Engineer Jr. Influences process and planning decisions with knowledge and explanations of Quality Engineering policies, practices and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Interaction with internal and external customers to RMA authorization for reject material.

• Interaction with multidisciplinary team (Finance, Trade Compliance, Logistics, Digital Technology SAP support)

• Administration to receipt and disposal of material for customer returns.

• Administration to reports of failure analysis to customer.

• Plan and execute projects assigned to keep them as planned.

• Keep performance the RMA process on time

Requirements

• Requires theoretical knowledge obtained through a University degree (BA/BS degree in Engineering: Electronic, Mechatronic, Electrical, Industrial Engineer with a relevant internship)

• 1 year of prior relevant experience.

• Basic - intermediate English

• Familiarity with standard office productivity tolls (Microsoft Office, etc.)

It would be nice if you have

• Experience performing in touch-up and repair.

• Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot electrical schematics.

• Familiarity of Logistics desirable.
