Buyer (Temporary)

Objective:

This role is responsible for the planning, control, and administration of MRP purchases and requirements necessary for the proper functioning of the production lines.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, International Commerce, Mechanical engineer administrator or industrial engineer.
• Must have experience in electronic industry.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in working & managing Supply chain activities and Sourcing.

Functions:

• Execute and handle the PO placement process from issuance to completion
• Work with supplier to confirm deliveries
• Process any Goods receipt issues
• Lead invoice grief and payables
• Maintain Supply Chain critical metrics for confirmations and OTD monthly
• Act as experienced point of contact for all Brand inquires related to purchase orders or shipment timing
• Work with Planners to action exception messages
• Work on projects with teams where applicable for your commodity group

Special requirements:

• Strong English oral and written communication skills
• Strategic leadership, teamwork, and customer focused skills
• SAP Management
