About the role
As a Senior Store Keeper, you will be managing tracking and shipping processes and be responsible for implementing solutions and process improvements for shipment and supplier issues to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Store Keeper you will:

• Manage delivery assurance processes and / or works to achieve day-to-day delivery assurance objectives.

• Implement solutions to issues such as the coordination of shipments, sub-process suppliers and technical assistance to ensure on-time delivery, and to identify root causes that impacts on-time delivery.

• Implement process improvements and deploys delivery assurance system to ensure early identification of shortages.

• Collaborate with other departments as necessary with regard to meeting customer requirements, minimizing negative impacts on a business in the case of shortages.

• Ensure timely delivery of all materials required for the production of assigned complex components.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office

• Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work

• University Degree in Supply Chain/Commerce or related field
