We are seeking a Digital Marketing Experience & Project Manager to drive the strategic development and implementation of our digital marketing and search initiatives. Leveraging and building our marketing technology stack, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance our digital customer experience, aligning with business objectives and customer goals. You will collaborate closely with business units and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create solutions that seamlessly integrate technology, marketing, and search optimization, delivering measurable business outcomes.

Role can be in Palm Beach Gardens or will possibly consider remote candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units and SMEs to gather requirements, define objectives, and implement scalable technology solutions.
  • Lead marketing technology and search optimization projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, SEO best practices, and customer needs.
  • Establish a detailed workplan with clear milestones for marketing technology and search initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities, providing strong communication to stakeholders and leaders throughout the process.
  • Act as a key point of contact between IT, marketing, and business teams.
  • Drive the integration of new marketing and search technologies that improve customer engagement, search performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Work with and orchestrate SME teams consisting of search, user experience & design, social, marketing automation, content, and technology.
  • Manage agency relationships, scope, and delivery, particularly with SEO and search marketing partners.
  • Monitor and measure the performance of marketing technology and search tools, recommending improvements where necessary.
  • Leverage data for strategic decision-making and stakeholder influencing.
  • Support an OKR/KPI framework to track strategic initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technology, particularly in digital marketing and search.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7 + years of experience in marketing technology, search, or project management.
  • 5 + years of experience with digital project management.
  • 5 + years of experience working in matrixed, cross functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience building and leading marketing technology and search optimization projects with strategic impact.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with a proven ability to execute plans effectively.
  • Ability to work/lead multiple medium to large-scale initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of digital experience and search optimization platforms.
  • Cross-functional team experience, including SEO and search marketing.
  • Global project and change management experience.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker.
  • Creative thinker with an ability to craft effective digital marketing and search solutions.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
