The Kidde business is a part of the Fire and Security Products group at Carrier. We are dedicated to providing product and technology designed to protect people and property from the effects of fire and its related hazards. As a large manufacturer of fire safety products, Kidde meets the safety needs of homes and businesses by providing fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, strobes, and other products.
About this role
As the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) Manager for Retail Accounts at Kidde Safety, the responsibilities will include optimizing the supply chain processes and ensuring efficient and effective collaboration with Kidde Safety retail partners. CPFR Manager for Retail Accounts will be key in driving forecast accuracy, inventory management, and sales performance. The CPFR Manager for Retail Accounts needs to be an expert in CPFR and will help Kidde Safety meet customer demand, minimize stockouts, and maximize sales opportunities.
This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office /2 days at home) in Mebane, NC with less than 10% traveling.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to facilitate effective collaboration and communication
- Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and develop replenishment strategies
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Own and represent the complete 52-week Sales/Inventory forecast and goals
- Create and manage accurate demand forecasts and replenishment plans to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of retail accounts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Creation and maintenance of CPFR reports and dashboards to provide insights to internal teams and retail partners
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution
- Lead regular meetings with retail partners to review performance, discuss upcoming promotions, and address any issues
- Coordinate with factories to share demand forecasts and ensure timely product availability
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to enhance forecasting accuracy and inventory management
- Develop and implement best practices for CPFR processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the performance of online retail accounts
Basic Qualifications
- Associate degree
- 5+ years of experience in collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPRF), demand planning, online retail, or supply chain management
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, or business administration
- Master’s degree
- Advanced MS Excel
- Proficiency in forecasting and inventory management software/tools
- Financial acumen
- Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with online retail partners and driving collaborative efforts
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, systems, and data analytics
- Comprehension of supply chain and merchandising processes, distribution, transportation, and supplier manufacturing principles
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to quickly retrieve, manipulate, analyze, and interpret data
- Critical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
- Understand and foresee implications of new information for current and future problem-solving
- Interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter and contributor
- English written and verbal communication skills
