About This Role
Sets objectives and guides team on inside sales goals. Responsible for ensuring inside sales goals are met, and supporting inside sales team. Makes significant improvements on processes to enhance insides sales work performance. Manager - Sales Enablement is responsible & accountable for enabling technical, commercial, and legal support to the sales team and ensuring:

Key Responsibilities

  • The products being offered can be tailored to meet the customers' requirements by working closely with the sales team. 

  • Work closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.

  • Attend meetings with Sales Managers and act as a technical expert.

  • Have deep knowledge of a company's products or services and enable the sales team to pitch differentiated offerings to prospective customers Support RFP and RFI process. This can help sales professionals close business deals Identify customer needs and create a differentiated offering with a strong value proposition to serve these needs while ensuring high ROI for the customers, working with engineering, sourcing, and delivery.

  • Outcome assurance & multisite product management teams to ensure on-time, on-cost NPIs Articulate product, value, and service offerings to both sales leaders and customers, identify all technical solutions that can be offered to assigned accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales and post-sales process.

  • Defining the market positioning, pricing & target segments for the portfolio, developing sales & channel competencies to ensure sales volumes, drive revenue, and gross margin as per defined AOP/targets.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of Sales Enablement experience in Building Management Systems or the Energy Management System Industry

  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA

  • Customer-facing experience in Solutions / Commercial / Legal is preferred

  • Hands-on experience in market segmentation, creating value propositions, and new offering development.

  • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. Eminence experience desired. Strong influencing skills.

  • Organized and analytical with the ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

  • Broad and deep understanding of technology across industry products, emerging standards, IT infrastructures, and technology trends.

  • Equally at ease preaching to a room full of C-level stakeholders and building product integrations across technologies.
