About this role:
As the North American New Installation Operations Lead for Automated Logic Corporation, you will be responsible for leading multiple teams headed by Managers and/or Supervisors, establishing and executing Field Service objectives. You will own the long-term strategy and operational direction for all of ALC Field in addition to the establishment and execution strategy for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates, prioritizes, and resolves issues encountered by a more experienced team/multiple teams across multiple geographic locations.
- Defines and reviews the sourcing strategies to allocate manpower efficiently across multiple geographic locations.
- Advises and guides the process of solving complex escalated issues that would impact the business and provide recommendations for solutions to executive leadership.
- Possesses strong technical/product knowledge.
- Quality Issue Management.
- Contacts key stakeholders to resolve escalated complaints and establish the appropriate improvement plan.
- Coaches managers to ensure operational achievements are met.
- Establishes training and audit/assessment programs to ensure the implementation and effectiveness of internal controls.
- Owns complex customer agreements and service levels.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 10 + years of experience in Operations/ Building Automation
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Advanced Degree in an Engineering, Business, Technical Degree or related field
- Experience Managing and Leading an engineering team.
- Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including e-mail and Microsoft Office software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability
- Effective and professional communication and organization skills
- Strong planning, forecasting and presentation skills with proven product design and management skills.
