Noresco is looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to join our team and cover our California territory.
Role Responsibilities:
- Work closely with National Director of Sales to develop regional sales plans, sales and marketing strategies
- Lead and own the sales effort and goals of the Regional Sales Team
- Develop and implement a strategy to achieve budgeted staffing, onboarding, continual personnel performance improvement, coaching, AE career planning and training
- Provide daily leadership to account executives leading to development of new customer relationships
- Implement disciplined account management strategies for each key segment and targeted key accounts
- Review and approve project development budgets
- Lead sales staff in closing orders and developing new leads
- Develop and implement a sales plan consistent with key business objectives
- Provide ongoing and regular feedback to company management and internal sales support relevant to key account opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years of experience in direct sales, marketing of energy, solutions-based services, or financial services to clients in the Municipal, University, Schools, Healthcare (MUSH) and/or State markets
- Ability to travel domestically up to 50% as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business, or Engineering or similar education
- 10+ years of similar sales management experience
- Demonstrated C-Suite direct sales experience
- Highly motivated and customer focused
- Excellent writing and communication skills

Pay Range:
