We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our dynamic Digital Global Functions Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for driving product innovation. This role will involve managing the product lifecycle, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of products that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate product status, risks, and issues clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to ensure the product meets their needs and expectations.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve product development and project management processes.
- Implement best practices and tools to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in product ownership and/or program management roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex products.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
Skills:
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in ERP transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile environments.
- Strong functional and technical background with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Understanding of one or more processes such as Order to Cash (OTC), Source to Pay (S2P), Record to Report (RTR), Payroll, and Master Data Management (MDM).
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Servicenow etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a tech-savvy environment, with a focus on digital transformation and innovation.
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar are a plus.
