About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Process Excellence Expert to join our Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE). The ideal candidate will bring 12-14 years of experience in process optimization, lean methodologies, and supply chain management to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across our supply chain functions.

Job Description:

• Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to identify, analyze, and improve supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.

• Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to drive continuous improvement efforts.

• Best Practices Development: Develop and disseminate best practices, standards, and frameworks for supply chain operations.

• Project Management: Manage multiple process improvement projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process enhancements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and production, to implement process improvements.

• Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to team members on process excellence methodologies and tools.

• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of process improvement initiatives.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to align process improvement efforts with strategic objectives.

• Global Collaboration: Work with global stakeholders to ensure process improvements are implemented consistently across all regions and align with global supply chain strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

• 12-14 years of experience in supply chain management, process optimization, and continuous improvement.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification preferred.

•  In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.

•   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•   Proficiency in process improvement tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

•   Excellent project management skills.

•   Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

•   Ability to influence and drive change across the organization.

•   Experience working with global stakeholders and managing cross-cultural teams.

• Technical Proficiency :Experience with supply chain management software and data analytics tools.
