About the role

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the manufacturing process setup, its improvement and simplification.

Requirements

• Technical education
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing Engineering
• Good technical skills on manufacturing
• Creativity, innovation, teamwork and leadership
• Good communication skills
• Experience with SAP required
• AutoCAD is an advantage
• Native Czech and fluent English

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous improvement & simplification & effectiveness increase (including losses reduction)
• Design and modification of assembly lines
• Support of project teams in the development of new products
• Adjusting, re-evaluating, improving of manufacturing processes
• Cooperation and active participation in internal projects
• Creation and modification of Work instructions
• Production teams support
• Communicate with suppliers (placing and processing orders, obtaining quotations from suppliers, complaints etc.
• Setting and maintenance of manufacturing master data, implementation of the change management process
