Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotation or proposals and follow up on service sales enquires (e.g. repair, maintenance contract, retrofit)

  • Lead negotiation at optimum profit levels

  • Achieve order booking in a timely manner meeting consistently sales metrics and annual targets

  • Manage existing customers and develop new customers, and understand customer's business status, look for business opportunity and foster good customer relationship for service revenue growth

  • Connected service sales by Providing professional proposal, offerings and technical support in related to digitalized service & IoT solution to targeted customers in RLC+VRF segments

  • Planning and Scheduling of Service Orders with coordination to customers and relevant service sub contractor team

  • Responsible for payment collection

  • Support Aftermarket Sales Initiatives e.g. SPIFF execution

Role Purpose:

  • Sales channel development & expansion

  • Achieve sales targets through effective business development and relationship-building strategies

  • Demonstrate strong organizational, planning, and time management skills

  • Utilize analytical thinking to propose and deliver practical solutions to RLC customers

  • Engage with customers and subcon within RLC industries, offering tailored solutions and ensuring satisfaction

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and solutions to package and present the most suitable options to clients

  • Drive new customer acquisition while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and vendors

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree holder

  • Preferably 2-3 years experiences in Customer Service, Sales or Engineering, candidates without prior relevant experience are welcome to apply

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills, SAP will be a plus

  • Able to communicate with stakeholders of all levels
