About this role

This role involves managing the processing and implementation of engineering changes by ensuring technical validation of product information packages, including BOMs, drawings, and 3D files. The job requires overseeing the successful implementation of technical packages for new projects, leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve successful prototype and pilot runs. Additionally, the role takes full ownership of the product on the manufacturing site or factory after the release of new products, while also providing technical support for NPI (New Product Introduction) on the production line. 

Responsibilities

As a NPI Project Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:  

  • Processing and Implementation of Engineering Changes.
  • Perform technical validation of the product information package (BOM, drawings, 3D files, etc.) 
  • Ensure the technical package for new projects is implemented successfully. 
  • Lead multidisciplinary team and be responsible for the successful prototype and pilot runs. 
  • Take full product ownership in make site/factory after release of new products.
  • Support on technical information in Production line for NPI products.  

Requirements

We are looking for people who are proactive and team players. If this is you, get in touch.    

As a minimum you must have:  

  • BSc in Engineering.
  • 2 years minimum of experience on Product and Projects.  
  • Advanced English. 

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have: 

  • Windchill.  
  •  Knowledge of SAP or another ERP.
