About the role

This role will be responsible for Business Analytics to drive growth across product segments, formulate GTM for new product line, Operational Excellence and Collaboration across functions to lead strategic growth initiatives

Role Responsibilities:

• People Manager for leading team, setting objectives and goals

• Manage P&L for the assigned responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the business goals

Role Purpose:

• Business Analytics to drive growth across product segments, formulate GTM for new product line

• Operational Excellence

• Collaboration across functions to lead strategic growth initiatives

Minimum Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC or industrial equipment

• Proven leadership and team management skills
