About this role

The Senior Sales Manager, National Channel Development will develop and drive the channel strategy, whilst ensuring all sales revenue targets are achieved in accordance with company expectations.Channel strategies for the Condenser Units will include internal cross collaboration with food grocery retail key account end user sales teams, food service/forecourt & convenience end users distribution sales through major wholesalers plus major dealers across North America. This role will be a vital member of the C02 Sales team.

This position can be located anywhere in the United States close to a major airport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pro-active market approach and sales activity with end users, distributors, contractors and consultants working within the commercial market

  • Assisting customers with the selection of equipment for their projects, alongside the pre-sales application team

  • Determine and implement the channels have the correct tools, training and marketing to enable sales across multiple market sectors

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ year’s experience in account management or business development from within the refrigeration, HVAC , industrial or technical project sales commercial environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating within a global organization

  • Extensive knowledge of the commercial refrigeration and/or CO2 industry within North America

  • New business development experience (hunter profile)

  • Key Account and distribution experience and strong network management skills

  • Challenger mindset

  • Extensive knowledge of the commercial refrigeration industry within North America

  • Experienced in management and updating of sales pipeline 

  • Has experiences of working with tools like Salesforce or similar

  • Knowledge of digital tools suitable for sales such as LinkedIn, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint

  • An open mind for entering new markets

  • Resilience and a can do attitude

  • A passion for winning
