About the Role


Carrier is looking an established Distribution Sales Manager to join our growing team! This role will be supporting various distribution channel management activities and customer relationship management. This person will be responsible for supporting the company's interests and establishing business relationships to enhance distribution channel management performance. The purpose of this role is for an experienced Sales Management professional (two step distribution experience a plus), overseeing and participating in various sales and customer relationship management processes. Responsible for representing the company's interests and building business relationships to enhance wholesale distribution channel management performance.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage a customer base, customer relationships and business performance within assigned territory.
  • Act as a primary contact to identify prospective for distribution and channel management teams and develops a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customer needs.
  • Conducts business development activities for distribution and channel management teams within defined customer segment to support the business strategy.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and/or operations management
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Ability to travel domestically 40% of the time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with channel sales, OEM, distribution sales
  • Experience working as a dealer, contractor, etc.

Pay Range:

$112,828 - $157,959 Annually
