About the Role

The Senior Manager, Supply Planning is responsible for ensuring product availability by developing, maintaining, and executing supply plans that align with demand forecasts, inventory targets, and service level objectives. This role collaborates closely with demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment of goods

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the supply plan based on demand forecasts, production capacity, lead times, and inventory policies.

  • Monitor and analyze supply constraints, adjust plans as needed, and communicate risks and mitigation actions.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement teams to align supply with demand requirements.

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance service, cost, and working capital objectives.

  • Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes by providing supply input, scenario analysis, and KPI reporting.

  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in supply planning, including planning tools and processes.

  • Ensure accuracy of master data and planning parameters in ERP or APS systems.

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding supply status, delays, and recovery plans.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning or supply chain

  • Supply chain planning

  • Inventory management

  • Cross-functional communication

  • Data analysis and reporting

  • Resilience and adaptability

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • APICS/ASCM certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) i
