Role Responsibilities:

・協力会社および顧客との折衝・調整業務
・空調機器トラブル発生時の状況整理および一次対応
・空調機器の仕様・スペックに関する説明
・技術担当者(サービスエンジニア等)との確認・調整

✅ Must have(必須要件)

・空調機器に関する実務経験(目安10年以上)  ※業務用/家庭用いずれの経験でも可 ・顧客対応の実務経験  ※現場でお客様に直接対応されていた方も歓迎

✅ Nice to have(歓迎要件)

・カスタマーサービス、アフターサービスの経験 ・協力会社や技術部門との調整業務経験
